GRP
Handrails

GRP Handrails offer an economical barrier solution in a corrosive atmosphere. Various systems are available depending on situation, but all are designed and tested to the standard specifications for metal handrails & balustrades. Adaptability of the various systems allows rapid installations!

Advantages

  1. Handrail is lightweight while conforming to specifications.
  2. Electrically non-conductive
  3. Very low heat conductivity
  4. Non- corrosive
  1. Light weight (50% less than steel) reduces installation – both in labour and equipment required!
  2. Light weight (50% less than steel) reduces overall weight of structures!
  3. Adaptability of systems allows easy onsite modifications with no “hot permit” required!
  4. Safe around electrical equipment – very low electrical conductivity!
  5. Good in hot, humid or Arctic conditions with no physical “touching” issues!
