PJNC Ltd offer a complete range of design services relating to GRP Products. These services include basic General Arrangement CAD drawings, 3D modelling, detail fabrication drawings and Structural Verification Reports.
The design function is supported with Product Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurances.
We offer a range of standard structural GRP profiles with engineering properties ready for a wide range of applications. These profiles are stocked in 6m lengths with Class 1 Fire retardant properties. The standard stocked colour is light grey RAL7001, but other colours are available against order.
These Structural Profiles include Angles, U channels, Box sections, H- and I-beams, round Tubes and solid Rods.
Custom made profiles are also available in various colours and resin systems for specific performance!
Custom profiles normally require larger volumes and some investment in custom tooling.
The range of standard fabricated systems include GRP Handrail, GRP Staircases, GRP Access Ladders, GRP Platforms and GRP Covers. All these products are designed and tested to the various BS and EN standards.
Custom fabrications are also available.
A full installation service is offered across UK and Ireland. These installations can vary in magnitude from small one-day service to larger construction projects.
